Chef Forman, a Brooklyn native and Johnson & Wales University graduate, is the owner and chef at Worcester’s famed deadhorse hill. Prior to his first Worcester restaurant, Chef Forman finely tuned his trade at critically-acclaimed Per Se, momofuku, and momofuku Ssäm Bar in New York and, later, Gramercy Tavern and Massachusetts’ Strip T’s and Ribelle. Chef Forman and his partners plan on top a second concept, simjang, in late 2018.
