Looking towards Uxbridge, we take our 7th Chef’s Best dinner series (Tuesday, April 4TH) to the relative newcomer, UXLocale under founder and chef Elaine Pusateri Cowan. Growing up within the kitchen (from industrial kitchen services, Italian deli, and her family’s home), Elaine recalls being a “sous-chef” at an early age where she would stand on her tiptoes watching her family prepare meals at home. Today, her recipes and cooking style have evolved from the memories of people at the stove: family, friends, and neighbors. With a promise and dedication to local and sustainability, this Chef’s Best dinner on Tuesday, April 4TH will include a cocktail hour followed by multiple courses of fresh, flavorful food made with season, limited, and local ingredients. Menu will be announced in March!
